CP-1283. -
The second DC-6 imported by
La Cumbre, this unit has construction
number 45527, it’s also an ex Loide aircraft with Brazilian
registration PP-LFA, its history mirrors that of CP-1282, having also
been leased to Panair and ultimately gone to VASP. Its
Bolivian airworthiness certificate was issued on February 3, 1979 and
its technical inspection conducted on November 4, 1977. Both DC-6 units
have been on open storage at least since September 19, 1997. |
